Muscle Mechanics focuses on the technical and medical side of Massage. All of the therapists in the practice are unique in their approaches and services with one common goal in mind. Healing of the body, mind and soul. We are all Medically trained and licensed through the Ohio Medical Board with training in both Anatomy/Physiology of the body as well as Massage techniques. Each one has gone through up to 950 hours of training and classes. 

We believe the human body can closely be compared to an engine. Our bodies are a finely tuned machine. With one inconsistency in our muscular system, it can unbalance he whole body, along with all other 7 body systems. The muscles in our Diaphragm can affect our ability to take deep breaths causing a lack of proper oxygen flow within our system or with cortisol levels increased in our muscular system, it can affect our gastrointestinal system. This can be easily compared to your vehicle engine, a bad tie rod can cause your whole care to wobble, causing increase chance of other engine systems failing or without oil changes or tune ups, your vehicle will not get the proper amount of clean oil to the rest of the engine and the engine will seize up leaving you without modes of Transporation. We all know too well how both not having a vehicle to do your day-to-day chores, along with pains in your body affecting your ability to work or take care of your family.
